Meridian Logistics is a real-time network command center for supply chain operators. The platform visualizes shipment journeys, alerts on exceptions, and enables quick decision-making under pressure.
The challenge
Logistics operators need operational clarity in seconds—not minutes. Current dashboards are data-heavy and overwhelming. We designed for speed and confidence.
Key Features
Live Network Map: Route visualization with waypoint tracking
Exception Alerts: Warm orange notifications that guide resolution (not just alarm)
Progress Modal: Visual timeline showing shipment stages + percentage complete
Selected Shipment Detail: Full context without leaving main view
Outcome
A dashboard that feels institutional and precise—showing enterprise-grade thinking. Operators trust the system because information is clear, actionable, and visually organized.
The solution
A focused command center dashboard that shows:
KPI summary (shipments, on-time delivery, exceptions, capacity)
Live network map (real-time shipment tracking with route visualization)
Operational alerts (priority exceptions requiring immediate action)
Smart modals (notification alerts + progress tracking)
Design system
Illustration Process
Illustrations ideas are manually hand drawn, helps with the ideation process. Once raw designs are finalised, those are treated with illustrator/photoshop, and Ai if needed to expand the system.
